Hi Chops,
Not sure exactly what I did, but it's recording loot now....but, it's recording normal loot as being Raid Finder? Is there a way to fix that? (If you go to our site, and click on Items Received (bottom right menu), both of those raids listed were on Normal difficult, but it recorded the loot as being Raid Finder. The loot is accurate except for that.)
It's hard to say what happened.
It's important that you do a "/console reloadui" or just Log out before uploading the data - it's a limitation of WoW that files can't be written as the game goes (without reloading the UI).
Similarly, if WoW crashed, your computer crashed, or you ALT+F4 or WoW otherwise exists in a "non-clean" manner, all changes to the data will be lost since the last time the data was reloaded (It's usually a good idea to do a "/console reloadui" after issuing the loot and recording the raid similarly to how it's generally a good idea to occasionally save changes to a document you're writing.
/grss noloot shouldn't be the trouble, since it still records the items, it just doesn't issue the popup.
The *other* thing to consider is to make sure the file you uploaded is indeed the right one: commonly, folks might upload the actual Mod file (WoW/Interface/Addons/GuildRaidSnapShot/GuildRaidSnapShot.lua), while the correct file is actually WoW/WTF/Accounts/AccountName/SavedVariables/GuildRaidSnapShot.lua.
Any of those should help with troubleshooting, further, you can manually simulate things to make sure the Mod is working properly by just forming up a quick raid group and typing /grss loot entering some item name (you can also leave the points blank), then do /console reloadui, then tab out and try uploading the file to make sure it worked.
Hope that helps!
