I can't seem to figure out how to remove the "Live Chat" button from our menu. I also can't seem to figure out how to add a "Links" menu to our site. Thank you.
There's no way to FULLY remove the "Live Chat" link, but what you could do is head to Admin > Feature Access and make "Live Chat" require "Guild Master" privileges.
And to add a "Links" menu, simply head to Admin > Links, and start adding Links. The links menu should automatically appear. If it doesn't, head to Admin > Basic Menu Administration
