Sure. Just head to Admin > feature Access and set the rank for "dkp" to Guild Master (or wahetver your top rank is). Then only you will have access to the DKP.
Some how I have a feeling they mean a particular account and no one else of equal or higher rank. Like in our guild we have 4 officers. If wanted only 1 of them to be able to administer DKP I would have to set the rank to Officer to day but in essence that would allow 6 people to access and trust that they aren't messing it up. What I think they are asking for is. I want Joecool to handle all DKP so how do I give him access to it and only him. Of course the site admin will always have access but then there is no way around doing that unless you play real world admin where you have a rank of Admin at your highest and you maintain and account of Administrator and your own separate account of "whoeveryourare" and only log in as administrator when there are things you need to do at that level.
The easiest way is to set the "DKP" ability to "admin only" then adjust each person's rank to "full admin priveledges" which is what I did on my site.
But this gives them access to a WHOLE lot more than just DKP.
I think there are cases when your delegating authority of a guild function that is enabled on the web site to a group or specfic person that it would be nice to have and option when setting Feature Access permission to have some options so that you can set some things to NOT be "this rank and everything above it". It would be nice to be able to select specific rank/s or individuals to give the access to.
Like a check box that says "Apply permissions to all ranks higher than" and then a dropdown to select the rank. If you uncheck the box then it should give a link and options like a private thread where you can add ranks or particular individuals to have access to that function.
