Mmkay, please know you're dealing with someone who does NOT know anything about websites (that someone is me).
I created a placebo logo, which I hated, but knew I'd try for something better. So today I try to make one and I browse to it and it shows a little broken picture thingy like it's not gonna work. So I cancel that and delete the original and try again (browse to new one). Now the original comes back. I then notice the Cool Text Generator link and go there and make cool text and save it. Same thing...I browse to the new cool one but the old original keeps coming back like a cursed penny.
That's a common one. It's just cached in your browser. After uploading the new one, just click "REload" or "Refresh" and you'll see the new logo appear.
