I ran the script that fixes your placement. There is one, however, that doesn't like the format of the location field:

makena has entered "oahu hawaii" and it doesn't like that, I'm guessing because there's no comma. Otherwise, if you zoom into the island, you'll see 4 placements there. From the full-world view, it only shows one, but zoom into the island and it looks right.
