Chops I don't know if this would even be possible for you to do but in application testing there has always been an admin tool that I like to have that would make life easier. The ability to assume the permissions and settings of someone else's account. This would allow site admins to look at issues from the perspective of user complaining to determine if it is a permission or setting issue on that persons account.
