Well done with communication though - one thing I love about this system - keep up good work.

You'd think so, with a downtime that long. The last time I had a downtime that long was....oh I don't remember...January maybe, but that was actually for a hardware deployment. This was thoroughly frustrating, as there was nothing I could do, but sit and wait for them to restore connectivity.
