When I sent a newsletter to members of my guild, the info dialog said it took 0.00 seconds to send it to 2 members. Well, there are 43 members in the guild with email addresses.

Can you help me understand what's going on?

Make sure you check which rank is selected. If it's only sending 2, then you have "Guild Master" or "Administrator" or whatever is your top rank.
