I posted this in the guild bank uploader sticky but after almost 3 days didnt get a reply so I will post here cause im not sure where to go with it.

I click and looked on the guild bank link it shows items in bank....but it seems to have recorded double of what really in there... Is this a known issue that is being worked on?

Sounds like a fluke to me. Try just opening your bags and bank and typing /gbk then re-uploading.
