Is there anyway that when someone uses Live Chat that the chat window pops up for everyone, and possible to right click a name and whisper them... everyone does not pay attention to
the Live Chat(0) indicator

I think what people are waiting for is the /invite <user> option to be turned back on. When this was working if I did a /invite Shams you would get a popup saying I was inviting you to live chat.
