Not sure what the issue is here or how to fix it, some of our members did not get earned DKP for raid. They where uploaded in the snapshots
have points in the worth column but none in the earned column.

Any idea how to resolve this?

Check the points being assigned to the ranks. Head to Admin > DKP > Quick Edit Destinations. Chances are, you have ranks that are giving 0% of the points earned. Change those 0s to 1s, and then modify the Raids in Admin > DKP > Raid Attendance to fix the points given.
