I'm pretty new to web admin stuff so i'm hopeing you guys can point me in the right direction. What is the best way to delete and or remove members from the web page that have left the guild. The problem I'm having is alot of member that have left the guild are still showing up on Raid Availablity and it's really making it tough to pick new raid times. If I delete their account will it remove them? If I delete their character will it remove them? Is there a way for the admin to manually remove someone for raid availablity? I would rather not do a full reset it might take a week to get people to fill it out again. Thanks in advance for any help you guys might have.

When members leave our guild, I simply delete their characters and then their accounts. This removes them from just about everything, including the Raid Availability lists.

However, I believe the "preferred" method for people who leave the guild is to simply Disable the account rather than delete it. This is a good thing to do if the person may come back to the guild at a later date, but I'm unsure if it would remove them from Raid Availability...seems like it should.

As far as I know, there is no way for an admin to manually remove a character from Raid Availability.
