this link is missing since the patch in the admin section...i cannot change my currently recruiting status

It's been moved to Admin > Characters and Accounts > Application Settings. Clicking "Classes" will give you the tweaks there.

Thinking about it now, that's not the most obvious solution.

When I clcik classes nothing comes up. Am I doing something wrong? I have no options when I click the link.
