Description:
One of my users is experiencing slowness in the forums that she believes is related to the time it takes to load the tooltip previews of threads. She lives "across the pond" so perhaps she is correct (the forums feel faster to me personally).

Anyhow, she is asking if it would be possible to add an option to disable these tooltips. I would think that, if possible, it would be good as a part of their "Edit Account" options rather than a site wide kind of thing.
