We have a member who has "special" characters in his name.

This screws up the roster....(his name looks like it has a circle with a question mark in it on the roster)....and every time I update the roster using armory...his name never updated right and I get duplicates that I have to go in and manually delete.

This is not the first time this has happened.

Is there anyway you can get the system to recognize special characters?
