When I head to your site, and try to run the armory importer, it's not giving me that error, but it is giving me something else. According to your roster configuration, the guild name is "BTRRaider", and I get the inkling that's not your guild name in-game.
If you want to make a separate roster for raiders, that is not a *guild* roster, that's just a normal roster. You'll want to make a roster called "Bring the Ruckus" if that's your guild's name. By default all sites start with a single guild roster called their guild's name. This roster is how the data gets imported, and how it determines who shows up on the "Roster" page for users.
I recommend heading to Admin > Characters and Accounts > Rosters, and tweak your roster config accordingly, such that you have a single Guild roster called "Bring the Ruckus" and that you have a separate roster for raiders called something like "Core Raiders" (and this roster is NOT a guild roster).
