Yup.
The easiest way should be to use the import from SOE.
Head to Admin > Characters and Accounts > Import EQ2 Roster and follow the instructions on that page (getting the SOE ID, etc), and it'll download your roster from the SOE data.
Please let me know if something doesn't work as expected.

Well eq2 players is no longer. Soe does have a new player site however it has no guild id and really no way I can find to import. I really hope someone can help, I cannot continue to do all of this work by hand. Thank you

I sent you an email on monday about 20 minutes after you had submitted your question using the contact us form.
Here are the contents of my reply, if you didn't get a chance to check your email.
------------BEGIN-----------
I saw your post on the forums. I was unaware that eq2players was changed.
As you said in the forum post, it has changed. I just had a look at it and dang, you ain't kidding it's changed. That's quite an inconvenience.
We will probably have to do something a little old-school for this, but it's doable.
In EQ2, is there a command-line command along the lines of /guildwho or /whoguild that produces a list of your characters in the chat log (comperable to the /whoraid command that gets run for DKP snapshots)? -------------END--------------

From a little bit of research I've done, the closest thing I can find is this:
/who all guild
Which would dump the list of all guild members (that are currently online) to the chat. If you're running a log at the time, then I could use that log file to update some of the stuff related to guild members (ie their level and whatnot).
But I cannot currently find a decent way to import everyone in the guild, unless the "new players" (as SOE is calling it) adds support for importing an entire roster.
