Description: I have an officer who, when accessing the site from his smart phone, keeps accidentally deleting shouts from the shoutbox. This has become extremely annoying, and I would like to remove his ability to do so. The only permission I see related to the shoutbox is "The ability to post to the Shoutbox". How can I ensure this person is not allowed to delete things from the shoutbox?
