Description:
A couple of weeks ago, I spent several hours moving applications to new forums that I created: UNDER EVALUATION, Inactive, Declined/Obsolete, and Active Members. This has been working great in helping the guild officers keep track of everyone.

Within the past 30 minutes, all of the applications have now gone to "New Applications", while the other subforums are still there. It's like someone went in and moved every post to the one folder (not sure how that can be done manually).

Is this a database error on the forums or did someone figure out how do undo my hours of work in just a couple of keystrokes?

If you were to go to your Application settings, and save the page, it'll change all the Applications to the selected thread tag. to prevent what you mentioned, we'd have to add an option to allow the user to state if they wish it should or should not change the thread tags of existing applications.

Sorry for the trouble.

Okay...so basically what happened is, the guild master updated the questionnaire for new applicants. When he made that change, it put every application under New Applications all over again.

Would this option you're talking about prevent that from happening the next time we decide to update our questionnaire? If so, I would *love* that option.

Yes, it would prevent it. It would ask something to the effect of "Would you like to change all previous applications to the selected thread tag?"
