Description:
When managing a large number of forum posts, it might be really nice, especially given the two tag system now in place, to be able to do a 'batch retag' of whole groups of messages.
Something like this:
1. Select the messages to retag
2. Click 'Retag Selected Messages'
3. Popup appears
4. Assign new Primary and Secondary tags
5. Zowee!
