Description:
Is there a way to embed another website rather than just a link whereas the site will show up in the body of the forum post rather than just the referring link?

There is. When you are making a new link on your menu, there's an option to open the link in an inline frame. This should be what you're looking for, unless I'm misunderstanding your requirements.

Well thats good info but not quite what I needed, I am referring specificaly to a forum post. Say I want to reference a site that has some information I think is necessary to share, rather than having members open a link which takes them off the website I would rather have them be able to operate that site within a frame of the forum.

For that, you would have to make a custom BBCode tag and use some HTML for inline frame syntax.
This is the guide for BBCode, which at the bottom has the guide for making custom BBCode tags.
