Description: I would like to be able to see who has stickied or locked a thread and a note to indicate the reason. Options should provide the ability for only moderators to see who locked or stickied a thread or and to allow everyone to see who did. I would also like a note field so that the person locking or stickying a thread can do so and provide a note as to the reason why. The reason for doing this as a note and not a post to the thread would be to allow for a lock to be anonymous to the typical user base and only visible to the moderators.
