Description: One of our raid leaders is having trouble logging into his account. I had fixed his account once. He had the problem again and I deleted his login & he created a new one, worked up untill today I asked him if he is logging out or staying connected & trying to log in while he still technically connected. This is his current situation as he tells me: He logs off his desk top but his laptop is always on. I have checked his ranks to make sure there is any problem, could not find any. Any advice would be appreciated!

I actually Have two people that are having an issue with logging into site. One of them uses Firefox & the other uses IE7. the URl is twdkpsystem.com. I am not familiar with URl masking?
