This will require making your own layout for the forum using the Advanced Layout Options. Just make sure you click the "Thread View" tab, and then the layout file that you download, you'll see all the little parameters for what you can delete (things like PostCount, ThreadCount, etc), just remove those altogether and reupload the file.
From there, you can make that the default view for all your users in Admin > Forum > Misc Forum Settings.
