Ok, i have uploaded my bank info to our site but when I check the roster, it clears out my level and race info on my main (eliminate). Funny though, it updates all my gear on my main, but makes me a level 0.

Could you attach to this thread a copy of the file you just uploaded?

Hmmmmm.....so odd that it wouldn't grab everything.

In-game, try typing just /gbk (this forces a capture) and then try uploading again (after a /console reloadui or a wow reboot)

Just tried what you suggested and it is still doing it.

Just out of curiosity, I wonder if you were to disable all mods except GuildBank, does it still not work properly.

I think that i know what the problem was, I didnt have the charactor online long enough for the guildbank mod to purge all the info it needed.
