Like editing I've found that voting in a poll without posting a comment does not update the thread. We have moved to manually recreating the application thread as a poll to allow our officers to accept or reject the applicant and post their comments. If they post no comments and simply vote it doesn't show the thread as updated and I wouldn't know anyone has voted until I go back and manually review the thread.
