My sign-ups on our raid calenders have disappeared. If this is happening to me, who else is it happening to? Hard to run a fair raid signup list when people who sign up are deleted for no appearant reason.

Are you trying to do this after the scheduled raid start time? If so there is a drop down you can select to show those who signed up, which after the raid start time is hidden

Could I have some examples of dates that have had signups dissappearing? But like Kaed said, be sure to check out the drop down list. When a raid passes over, the entire window switches from being "Who signed up" to "Who Attended" and you have to manually change the display by choosing that from the drop down menu.

After some further research, it seems that this issue is tied in with the guildbank mod. If the guild bank does not collect all information, when it uploads to the website, it erases your level, race, class from your information. When this is done, the calender removes you from the signup list because it cant associate a class to your toon that you signed up with.

Good call. That is right. I will be adding something like "Undefined Class" or something to accommodate those little bits.

It's worth noting that it only removes you from the list until you fix your class. When the class is restored, the signup will definitely reappear in the list.
