inconceivable website has there screen shots in a small box. What is the code for that?

I am noob and need help with this

Here is an example. This is basically just an image link to the Gallery and I am linking the thumbnail. I put some funky things in the code to stop it from rederring so the text will look a little odd and even more odd if you hit reply to this. Below it I'll link it the real way and if you hit reply you'll see the actual code. This was actually a suggestion from Chops to stop images from blowing out the page menus.
