Hey Chops my guildies are having problems logging in. No emails are sent to give the ok to log in. Had someone in my guild has been waitin months and keeps trying but nothing..Was hoping you could help me out thanks

You can manually validate the account and change the password if necessary.
Head to Admin > Website Accounts, find the appropriate account, and click "Edit".
From there you can change the password, manually validate the account if necessary, and pretty much anything else related.
Give that a shot.
