I have it installed and I have used the GetGRSSDKP file to upload my websites data.

When I go in game, and type /grss invite and look at the events, its blank, why is this?

Right now, you seem to have deleted your DKP Systems. You'll want to create one first, by clicking this in the admin menu



After you've done this, you'll still get a blank list until you've recorded some DKP in either attendance or items received.
