Does it automatically upload to the site for us now?

I didn't see that anywhere in the instructions. Or I just missed it.

Can I delete the old guildbank mod from my WTF folder? I assume that since it has an installer it isnt looking for anything in the WTF folder anymore.

Yeah, you can go ahead and delete the one from your WTF/Account/AccountName/SavedVariables folder.

It now puts stuff in each character's thing instead.

Correct, just leave it running, and it'll do it's thing: Update the mod when updates are released, and upload your profile when it changes.

Good to know that. I meant to add can I delete the mod from the interface folder too?

haha..no. The mod is still what does the data collection. The Uploader program just grabs the files automatically after they're written to the hard drive.

When will you have a mac version? (Projects like Cosmos that offer front end up/downloaders have had both Mac and Windows clients available for a while.)

The prospect of working in applescript again kills me. But i'll get an uploader for mac eventually. I have no ETA at this point.

Thanks for not saying "no" outright. Theoretically you could write your app in .NET and then run it under Mono, but I'm not sure what the Mono support is like these days.

Yeah, I could, but mono is hardly something that's included by Mac by default.

HUZZAH for the new GuildBank!

Not sure if I'm the only one with the problem. I already had the previous guild bank mod installed & most recently d/l'd & ran the new one. Everything went by fine but my chracter info is not being uploaded. I opened everything just like before & seen the info saying "2/18/2007 3:11:44 PM: Profile for DVERT81\Scilla\Tethyis changed and was uploaded".

None of the new information is appearing & the last time it was updated reads

Am I doing something wrong? No error messages have appeard.

Doublecheck the URL you have entered. In your case, make sure you have it as unknownsoldierswow.dkpsystem.com. It's a common mistake to enter www.dkpsystem.com.

I originally had

www.unknownsoldierswow.dkpsystem.com

I changed it to

unknownsoldierswow.dkpsystem.com

& still no luck.

Would you mind attaching to this thread the following file:

WoW\WTF\Account\DVERT81\Scilla\Tethyis\SavedVariables\GuildBank.lua

Maybe I can figure out what's up.

I'm having the same problem. I didn't have any prior mods installed. I just installed it today, but it says I'm logged in. It says it has updated on the mod, but on the website it isn't updated.

It doesn't preserve the "upload character" checkboxes between running sessions. Curiously, what will happen when it uploads a character that is not on the site.

Also I noticed on the Quest uploading if a mod alters the quest name with the level (a lot of mods do this), it wont match for searching...ie...
