The descriptions that's added when creating a link doesn't seem to be displayed anywhere. I thought they would be displayed as a tool tip, but I can't find those descriptions anywhere. Am I not looking in the right place or is it a bug?

This is actually a bug that has existed since the beginning of time. The "Links" section is slated for removal and being replaced with a far more intuitive system, which is why it has never been fixed.
