How do you become a featured guild

Generally speaking, the necessary requirement is using the advanced layout options. Then you have to push the capabilities of the site to the limit. Ultimately, the reason I do it is to showcase sites that I feel will drive signups. If someone can look at the site and say "Wow! I want MY site to do that!!"

And it seems to work. I casually look at random sites just to scan for complaints and comments related to the functionality of the site, and occasionally, I see comments made on sites like "Man, we can make our site look like THIS, and they link to one of the featured sites."

Knowing you have the capability to completely change (almost) everything is a strong motivator.

I especially like the Horizon one with the sword going between the menus and content, that looked very neat

Sneaky! "Toggle Menu" button, eh? Very clever. Check the top post again, there's been a change.

The toggle was the easy part =p it's the different menus on different pages that's sneaky!
