I've noticed that you can not see the entire listing of what i can do in my profession. The list does not scroll, it's a snapshot of part of the list is there something i'm missing? myself, i'm an enchanter with a pretty good amount of enchants & my guildies can't really see all that i can do.

Chances are, this is because the last thing the Mod saw in your professions window was a list with items minimized (like if you shrunk the "Transmutes" section in the Alchemy window). It can't read anything that's minimized.
