I've tried looking around, but I can't seem to find a few of the more useful forum moderation tools.
This is in particular:
- Moving threads (or changing the thread tag as it would be here)
- Merging threads
- Editing other user's posts
Is this functionality that's in somewhere?
Moving/Changing Thread Tags is.
You must have the ability to Moderate that Tag Group I believe. When viewing a thread you should see a drop down box above the post like this. If you don't see this then something could be wrong with your layout. I took a brief look at your site and it doesn't appear to me that you are using the advanced layout though if your are there is probably a system tag missing. Make sure that you have all of these in your page in this order. (From other discussions I believe missing <!-- System:PageDesc --> is what causes the Change Tag option to not show up)

The other 2 options don't exist yet but I believe are somewhere in the works as Chops revamps the forums to allow for a little more layout control also.
