Would it be possible to add another GM (Cocsus) to the site (
http://shadowcommand.dkpsystem.com ) Leaving the exsisting (Harshreality) as a GM also?

Keep up the excellent work
If you have a CO GM that you need to have the same privileges then you can go to their account and set them with Full Admin Access. That will make them equal in permissions to you.
If you have a GM Council and then a person that maintains the website I would suggest making a GM rank right below the highest rank on your site and rename the top rank to Admin. Setup the highest feature access possible without full access for the co gm's or gm council and then only use the Admin rank when you have to make major changes like advanced layout stuff.
