I'm still playing around with all this, but I have a question.
Say I wish to give attendance credit to guild mates who don't get a spot in the raid
IE:
11 people online, we raid Karazhan. 1 person stays out.
I want that 11th person to get attendance, but I don't want him to get any DKP (variable earning).
How would I go to do this?

For that 11th non-raid person, simply enter a "0" in the box next to their name. That overrides the point value assigned to the others.
