As far as I know the gallery today sorts pictures by name - is it possible to change this to date of uploading?

Today it is hard to see if there have been uploaded new pictures - and this results in our members not using it that much

Thread Tags
Today the sort order of the thread tags is by the beginning letter.

is there a way to change this so I can sort the order myself - kinda like we can sort the order in bosses under raid progression?
