I was trying to update a recurring calendar event and hit enter by accident and all the info was cleared. I really need the info back. The recurring info were for Mondays and Tuesdays in August, namely 8/20 and 8/21. The info that was lost was the people that signed up and what time they signed up for those dates. Can we get this info back or is it lost. Also, some people had signed up for 8/27 and 8/28 and that info was lost also.
I'm afraid, unless you authorize a schedule roll-back, that the data is gone. HOWEVER, to understand what happened, what information was on the form when you pressed enter. Was the form not completely filled out (like did you happen to uncheck the "Day" boxes or something).
