I seem to be having a small issue with my live chat function. It is set to Members but only Officers and above can see it. I've checked it twice and resaved it to be sure- but people who are members still can't see it. Maybe I am missing a place where it's stated that it should be for non-officers as well? I wouldn't have known about it but a recent member was made an officer and now can see the link to Live Chat.

Can anyone suggest anything I haven't done or thought of?

Make sure to check both the "Feature Access" section and the "Menu Administration" section.

Menu Adminsitration controls the actual Menu Item (the link), but the Feature access section actually controls whether or not they can actually SEE the chat.
