I have not yet seen a place where I can set up to auto prune forums or a way to mass remove a bunch that are no longer needed / wanted.

i.e. Web-based email inbox has a "checkbox" to be able to select a bunch and then delete. This would obviously be an administrator feature.

I will keep reading but I have yet to find something as such.

If not, would it be hard to implement? I know you have values for posts based on views / responses, maybe it could be set up to use those values for an auto-prune method or have it done by date.

Interestingly enough, on the admin menu, under "Forums" hit up "Prune Forum"

This will give you the option to delete posts older than a certain threshold age.

I dont have that under my forum menu.

Your account has to be the highest ranked account for that option to be available. Did you transfer power to another user?

I tried at one point, but they never verified....

And now I wouldn't want it transferred anyway. Still shows me as the highest rank though.
