I set my Application to "Non-Private", hoping that my membership could see them as well. So far, no one has been able to find them. Is there another setting, or a particular link they need to look under?

Check out the Feature Access section of the admin menu. There you set the privileges required to see Applications. Currently, Applications on your site are set to Officer and above.
