toon elsendolf which is rank guild master tried to change website account Rehz to "Site Admin"...but when Rehz (that's me) logs in, he does not see the dkp administration functions that should be granted to a user with rank "Site Admin"
On Wulfpack.dkpsystem.com, the account Tsk is the Highest ranked account. Keep in mind that no account can promote itself, every account must be promoted by a rank above.
