We have a guild member that is having a problem creating an account. He completed the creation along with verfication. After that, his account name did not show up, but when he tries to recreate the account, it says he cannot create the account because it already exists. The account name is "deadrise".

It looks like he created the account on dkpsystem.com and not kov.dkpsystem.com.

Make sure he's doing it on your site. I just tried to create an account named deadrise on your site, and it worked flawlessly.
