Whenever i import roster, in the "Not in Snapshot" box at the bottom there are some character that show up there, there in the roster above, and they are still in the guild so i am not sure why they are identified as "Not in Snapshot".

Do these people have any special ascii characters in their names?
like í ü

GRSS to my knowledge has never been able to handle special ASCII Characters. They get converted when captured and thus never match what is listed in the roster on the site.
