Currenty, we added a new rank to our guild. After taking a guild shapshot using DKPP our new rank appears at the bottom of the ranking system of the guild website.
This creates a problem, because the new guild rank that we created appears below non-member on the guild website and all content that is unviewable by non-members is unviewable to the new rank as well.
How can I empower or move up my new rank so that it can be above my lowest rank of "non-member'?
You might not have permissions to do this, but if you do head to Admin > Security > Ranks, which controls the order and naming of the ranks. If you don't have that option, tell that to the super-admin of your site to have it changed.
