Our original web site purchaser will no longer be responsible for the site. Admin rights have been passed on to me (i'm the super admin). Now, the subscription is about to expire.
Do I need to have additional information, other than my CC and billing info?
Or do i need to know a specific username and password that may have been linked to the creation and purchase of the site?
Will being super admin automatically take care of this?
By default, it doesn't send a receipt for renewal (though it should, and is something I'll be doing soon). If you need a receipt, let me know, and I can forward one to you.
