Hey we had a couple of officers leave our guild and I want to disable their accounts but it seems that I cant. How do I do this?

You should be the super-admin of the site, but if you're not (if you relinquished your powers to another account), then that top-level account will be able to do it by editing the records and checking the "Disable" box.
