How do i restructure the left side of my site? I would like to move the Menu,DKP and Currently Recruiting boxes around.

In your case, running the standard layout, just head to Admin > Menus > Menu Administration.

Then, when you get there, find the menu you want to move over and click the Arrow pointing to the right ()
