I can't seem to find where it is we see the members with the auto approval linked to them.

I believe it used be be seen as a headline when clicking characters where I can also see the retired ones etc.

But this is not the case anymore - so can you give me a view on where to locate this??

The header for "A Team" was removed from the character admin page, but the field is still there. If you edit the character, it was just changed to use the phrase "Auto approved for all events"
